Registration

  1. How do I register for REV4U 4+1 program?

    Please sign up at www.hi-rev.com.my/rev4u with the necessary information: first & last name, car registration number, workshop of your choice & mobile number.

  2. Login error shows “invalid ID/password, failed password/PIN not match, account not found”

    Please reconfirm all the information filled in. If all are correct, you should be able to login. If the error still persists please WhatsApp to the REV4U Customer Service/Hotline number 019-207 2433 for further assistance.

  3. What does it mean “Password does not meet minimum 4 characters”?

    Password must contain at least 4 characters.

  4. Can I have more than 1 car under my account?

    Yes, you can have up to 3 cars under your account.

  5. It is my family member's car but registered under my phone number for REV4U. Can I book the appointment for my family member?

    Yes, you can, but remember to bring back the invoice and upload it for verification purpose.

About Service Package

  1. After the login, I cannot see the REV4U Packages

    Click the dropdown menu > select Rev4U Packages.

  2. How many engine oil grades are offered for REV4U car service? What should I do?

    HI-REV offers a good range of engine oil packages for REV4U Program at the moment based on workshop's availability. Kindly select the suitable oil grade or refer to your car owner's manual.

  3. Why is engine oil delivery not available?

    The REV4U Program is a service package requiring engine oil change service to be carried out at the appointed workshops, hence engine oil cannot be delivered to your home or office separately.

  4. Can I buy engine oil only without service at the workshop?

    No, you can't. The REV4U Program is a service package compulsory to be done at appointed workshops, hence you cannot buy the engine oil only.

  5. The standard engine oil content in standard bottle packaging is not enough for my vehicle (for example, I can only purchase a 4L pack but I need 4.5L oil change for my car), what should I do?

    You are advised to call the workshop directly for the additional cost on the additional engine oil required. Or you may opt to buy a 2nd bottle and retain the balance in the bottle. Please proceed to make a booking only if you accept the price quoted.

  6. Does the workshop provide oil filter that is suitable for my vehicle?

    Usually common oil filters are available at the workshops. The cost of a new oil filter will be borne by the customer.

  7. How much should I pay for oil filter provided by the workshop?

    Please call the workshop directly for a price quote and to make a booking on the service date preferred.

  8. Can I bring my own oil filter for the engine oil change?

    The REV4U Program is a service package to be done at appointed workshops, hence it is not advisable to bring your oil filter for the engine oil change unless pre-arranged with the workshop.

Booking for Service Package

  1. Can I make a booking for a date 1 month in advance or tomorrow?

    It is advisable to make a booking 2 days in advance to allow the workshop more time to make the necessary arrangements. Maximum advance booking date is recommended not to exceed one month.

  2. After the service is completed, can I carry out another service for my car on the following day or following week?

    No, you can't. The next service will be 30 days from the last service. (Example: Done 1st service on 1 July, next service date starts from 1 August)

  3. I have to select a workshop during registration. Can I change to another workshop after that?

    If you have not commenced your first service, you can contact us via our official whatsapp number to change your selected workshop.

    In the event you have started Rev4U service with an appointed workshop, you are not allowed to change to another Rev4U workshop, as this program is supported by both HI-REV and the selected workshop by providing excellent service and free labor charge to you. Car services done by other workshop will not be counted in Rev4U program.

  4. Can I reschedule my appointment to another date or time?

    YES, you can reschedule your appointment by clicking the Reschedule button in your appointment page.

  5. Can I cancel the confirmed appointment?

    You don't need to cancel the appointment as you can reschedule it to another date.

  6. What happens if my vehicle registration number does not match your record?

    Under multiple car arrangement, you can add the new car registration number under your account. You can have up to three cars under your account, in which, each car will have their own reward cycle.

Car Service Process & Verification

  1. Workshop recommends me to upgrade the engine oil and I agree, what should I do?

    Please reselect the package to supercede original booking (as long as the workshop has not proceeded with verification code request), then select a new package of engine oil recommended. This is to ensure that you can get the same engine oil for the FOC 5th bottle. However, if the workshop has validated the original engine oil and proceeded to change the engine oil package at the 1st service, you need to submit an e-form to update the system

  2. Why do I need to upload the invoice?

    This is needed to verify that your service has been carried out satisfactorily at the appointed workshop and as proof of engine oil purchased accordingly.

  3. What information should be included in the invoice?

    Workshop printed letterhead / rubber stamp, engine oil type, engine oil price, vehicle number, invoice number and invoice date.

  4. If there is any missing information in the invoice, what should I do?

    Kindly request the workshop to include the necessary information accordingly.

  5. I forgot to take (or lost) the invoice, what should I do?

    You will need to request for a new invoice from the workshop and upload it to REV4U portal immediately to accumulate e-chops under the program.

  6. I forgot to upload the invoice within the stipulated 3-day timeline, can I submit and claim back the e-Chop after 7 days?

    Please submit as soon as you can. We will review the e-Chop entitlement subject to proof of service on case to case basis. You will be informed of the decision 3 days after the invoice submission.

  7. I failed to upload the invoice even after multiple attempts, what should I do?

    Take a photo of the invoice and try to upload again at a location with better network coverage. If error persists, do WhatsApp to Customer Service for further assistance.

  8. How long will it take to approve the uploaded invoice?

    Normally it will take 2 working days to be processed.

  9. When/How will I know that the uploaded invoice is approved?

    You will be able to check the status in the portal after 2 working days, under ‘Appointments' and you will also receive a SMS notification when invoice is approved by REV4U system.

  10. My uploaded invoice is rejected, why?

    Please refer to reason/s attached. It could be due to a different vehicle number from our record or inconsistent information on the engine oil used.

  11. My uploaded invoice is rejected system requested to resubmit, why?

    Please refer to reason/s attached. Submitted invoice may be lacking the required information (refer to Q&A No. 32).

  12. Why only 1 e-Chop is earned even though I bought 2 bottles engine oil to carry out a service?

    The award of e-Chop under REV4U Program is calculated on per service basis and not bottles of engine oil purchased.

  13. Where can I view how many e chops I have collected for the REV4U Program?

    You will be able to check the number of e-Chops earned in the website, under ‘My e-Chop'.

Claim FREE Bottle (for 5th service)

  1. How do I claim the free bottle of engine oil?

    You will receive a SMS notification after fulfilling the 4th service; to redeem the FOC engine oil voucher, click ‘Redeem' in ‘My e-Chop' via REV4U portal and proceed to make the booking for the next appointment.

  2. Can I collect the free bottle of engine oil without performing the oil change service at the appointed workshop?

    The REV4U Program is a service package which requires the oil change to be carried out at the workshop, hence you cannot ‘take-away' the engine oil without the oil change done at the workshop.

  3. Do I need to pay for oil change labor and oil filter after redeeming the free bottle of HI-REV engine oil for the 5th service?

    The REV4U Program entitles you to a free bottle of engine oil only, hence you need to pay for the oil change labor charge, oil filter and/or other service parts.
