Key Responsibilities:

• To develop strong dealer channel base for sales on range of existing products (Lubricants, Battery, Tires etc) in assigned territory.
• To maintain strong relationship with customers, advise them regarding company new products, pricing and promotion.
• Ensure collection of debts in a timely manner.
• Provide high quality sales service and after sales services to the customers.
• Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction and collection.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM/Diploma in any field.
• Candidate must possess a driving license and own a car.
• At least 1 year of sales working experience in the Lubricant industry / Automation spare part.
• Hard working, self-motivated, results-oriented and honest.
• Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage as need to communicate with mandarin speaking customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To carry out machine maintenance & repair in order to prevent machine breakdown.
• To carry out building maintenance & repair.
• Machine repair & modification.
• Machine relocation & installation.
• Project fabrication welding work.
• Other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: At least SPM or a MLVK certificate in in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Working Experiences: Minimum 1 year working experience.
• Basic electrical, mechanical and welding knowledge.
• Staying nearby (Shah Alam) & willing to attend emergency situation at night.

Job purpose

• You are responsible to oversee Store Operations in the Production Department to ensure efficiency, implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Review Sale Forecast and Schedule Monthly Production Plan.
• Monitoring Production inventory level frequently and request for urgent replenishment whenever necessary.
• Assist and follow up the Waste Management Schedule and activities.
• Organize periodic Production stock count, cycle count and investigate abnormal variance.
• Follow up on implementation of Safety plan and waste management activities.
• Assist in operating improvement activities and review SOP / ISO Procedure.
• Other tasks assigned by Senior Production Manager and Operation Manager.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma or any equivalent.
• Experience in the field of engineering and able to perform machine improvement upgrades with hands on experience.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in managing production store and stock control.
• Hands-on experience with software or system (MICROSOFT DYNAMICS WILL BE ADVANTAGE).
• Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
• Able to operate Forklift/Reach truck will be advantage.
• Able to work under pressure with a minimal supervision.
• Good time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems (QMS).
• Experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).
• Confident, proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within team.

• Warganegara Malaysia.
• Kelulusan minima PMR/SPM.
• Pengalaman kerja di kilang adalah satu kelebihan.

• Program development & Application Programming Interface (API).
• Student will learn about Program Development, Design User Interface for system, Business Logic.
• Programming language: .Net, Java, CSS, C Programming etc.
• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology or related field.
• 3 - 6 months internship period.
