To express our gratitude towards the HI-REV dealers' support and loyalty, POSIM PETROLEUM MARKETING Sdn Bhd is
launching the HI-REV Dragon Draw 2012, exclusively for HI-REV Dealers. This programme is divided in 4 separate DRAWs throughout 2012 as listed below.
Dragon Draw No. 1 December 2011 - March 2012 - currently in progress!!
Dragon Draw NO. 2 April 2012 - June 2012
Dragon Draw NO. 3 July 2012 - September 2012
Dragon Draw NO. 4 October 2012 - December 2012
How to participate?
- To participate, please register your e-mail address and mobile phone with POSIM Petroleum Marketing Sdn Bhd through our HI-REV sales personnel.
- Make minimum purchases of RM1,000 and/or payment for RM1,000 to be entitled for Dragon Draw numbers. You will be notified by e-mail.
- Dragon Draw result will be announced within a month of the quarterly closing date.
Objectives of the Dragon Draw 2012 –
A chance to win fabulous prizes WITHOUT the need to pay extra.
To establish an efficient and effective two-way communication with valued trading customers.
Our many mutual benefits with HI-REV dealers.
DO NOT MISS the chance to win the Grand Prize of RM15,000 for 1st prize x 1, 2nd prize of RM10,000 each x 2 and 3rd prize of RM5,000 each x 3 IN EACH DRAW. Many other prizes up for grab.
**Terms & Conditions
1. Dragon Draw 2012 is open to all Posim Petroleum Marketing Sdn Bhd (hereinafter called ‘PPM’) trading
customers having e-mail addresses duly registered with PPM . To participate and be entitled for the monthly
draw number/s allocation during the promotional period, respective e-mail addresses shall be registered
with PPM before the last day of the calendar month in which the purchases/ collections are made.
2. Promotion Period: 1st December 2011 to 31st December 2012
3. The Dragon Draw quarterly period :
Draw 1 - 1st December 2011 – 31st March 2012
Draw 2 - 1st April - 30th June 2012
Draw 3 - 1st July – 30th September 2012
Draw 4 - 1st October – 31st December 2012
4. Draw numbers are sent every month to participating customers via e-mails as in PPM’s record.
5. Draw numbers are randomly assigned to eligible participants based on volume of purchase of eligible
products and/or collection received.
6. The results of Winning Draws will be announced in PPM website www.hi-rev.com.my within 30 days from
each quarterly closing date.
7. The winners will be notified via e-mails duly registered with PPM within 30 days from each quarterly closing
date.
8. PPM is not responsible for those who cannot access the Internet or cannot click-through for any period of
time regardless of technical, hardware, software, telephone, Internet, virus contamination or network
problems or for delay, failure of malfunction for any reason including, but not limited to, lost or unavailable
network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions and system errors.
9. Top 3 prizes are paid via cheques, to be drawn in favour of the registered business names with PPM. All
other prizes are credited into the winners’ trading account with PPM.
10. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items and cannot be transferred to other persons.
11. PPM reserves the right to replace the prizes with alternate offers without prior notice.
12. PPM reserves the final decision for the Prize redemption details.
13. PPM reserves the right to disqualify any entry from the Dragon Draw if in PPM sole judgment it suspects that
entrant has not complied with the Terms and Conditions.
14. PPM reserves the right to publicize winner’s name, address, photograph, voice and/or likeness and prize
information in any media known without any compensation.
15. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these
Terms and Conditions or the rights and obligations of the entrant shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of Malaysia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
16. PPM shall not be liable for any damages including but not limited to any direct damages or consequential
or incidental damages whether in tort or contract arising out of this participation of this Dragon Draw.
17. Employees, Associates, Consultants, Contractors and their immediate family members of PPM and its
subsidiaries and employees and their immediate family members of the advertising agency are not eligible
for the Dragon Draw.
18. PPM reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and may withdraw or discontinue the
Dragon Draw without prior notice.
